The story of Tarism is fairly simple.

In the past few years, I’ve had quite a number of sites, some were blogs, some where resource sites and others were everything in between. I’ve used domains, subdomains, LJ sites and other sites of the like. They’re all gone now because I never seem to stick to ay site very long.

I love blogging and I’ve always told myself that when I make a new blog, I would update it and fill it with all my thoughts, sadly most of the time I end up deserting the blog, always being too lazy to update it. This time, I made Tarism with the goal of updating it, I’m not sure if I’ll stick to it. Heck, I’ve had this site for a few months before I even started making it. I will try though.

The name

I go through a fairly long process of thinking before I choose any site names. That’s how I come up with names like shot-to-pieces or skyekill or hypersaurus or blaaahhh(<–this isn’t real by the way). I came up with Tarism in another way. A few weeks before I made the site, my friend had an idea to name my groups’ habits in isms. Like if I always did something it was called a “Katism”, in the end I named the site Tarism since I couldn’t very well name it Katism since Kat, my host, had the same name. I don’t really wanna confuse people by having that name. So Tarism was born!
